Return & Refund Policy

At Hiba Boutique & Tailoring Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that:

• Arrive damaged
• Have manufacturing defects
• Are incorrect items delivered by us

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos.

Customized Orders

Due to their personalized nature, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Customized stitching
• Alterations
• Made-to-order garments
• Redesigned sarees and mekhela chadors

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Cancellation Policy

• Ready-made orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
